Messages are typically responded to between 12pm–5pm. We are a volunteer-run organization, so response times may vary, and we typically take Sundays off to allow our team time with their families.
We are not veterinarians and cannot provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or make recommendations regarding injuries or illness. Medical concerns and injured strays must be directed to a licensed veterinary clinic or emergency animal hospital.
